Fantiber Balance Internship Program (2026 Cohort)
Fantiber Balance is offering structured internship placements for students and fresh graduates who want practical experience in a professional services and training environment. The program is learning-focused and does not constitute permanent employment.

- Accounting Intern
- Audit Intern
- Marketing & Social Media Intern
- Co-Tutor Intern (FB Academy)
What interns will gain:
- Supervised work experience with clear learning objectives, ethics and confidentiality expectations, and an end-of-program evaluation and certificate.
- Capacity building during the internship through mentoring, coaching, and selected internal learning sessions.
- Opportunity to be considered for a fixed-term employment contract after the internship, subject to company needs and performance assessment.
Program details:
- Duration: 3–6 months. The first cohort starts in February 2026.
- Work mode: On-site (Fantiber Balance Office, Dili).
- Working hours: 20–40 hours per week (subject to academic requirements).
- Allowances: Interns may receive support allowances (transport, meals, and phone/data) subject to approval.
