About FB Academy
Fantiber Balance Academy (FBA) is the professional training and capacity-building arm of Fantiber Balance Unipessoal, Lda. We support Timorese students, jobseekers, business practitioners, and professionals across NGOs, private companies, and public institutions to build market-ready skills through structured learning pathways.
Our programs are aligned with recognized global references and best practices, including IFAC principles, CPA Australia and ACCA learning pathways, ISO compliance frameworks, and modern HR/IT and business operations standards. FBA training is practical and competency-based—combining theory with hands-on exercises, case studies, and real examples from Timor-Leste and international contexts—delivered through classroom, online, and blended formats.
