The Business Level is for people who are already working and have practical experience, but want to upgrade their skills to perform at a higher level.

Many participants at this level may have learned through hands-on experience (“learning by doing”) but did not have the opportunity to study the topic in a structured way. FB Academy helps bridge that gap by combining practical experience with stronger theory, frameworks, and international good practice.
