FAQ
Do I need an accounting background?
No. This program is designed for beginners and non-accounting learners.
How many participants per class?
Maximum 20 participants to ensure quality learning.
What language is used?
English/Tetun/Indonesian or mixed
Do I get materials?
Yes. You’ll receive access to LMS materials and learning support.
How do discounts work?
Year 1 discount applies first (10% full payment or 5% instalments). Foundation Members receive an additional 10% off the discounted course fee.
Do students need to bring their own device?
Yes—participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own laptop or tablet.
Many activities include practical exercises (e.g., Excel tasks, templates, and accessing LMS materials), and these are best completed on a laptop/tablet. Using a phone is not recommended because the screen size and limited functions can reduce learning effectiveness.
✅ Internet access will be provided in class so participants can access the LMS and learning resources smoothly.
Who will deliver the training?
The program is delivered by a lead tutor supported by a local co-tutor team.
- Lead Tutor (Main Trainer): A highly qualified professional trainer with strong academic background, extensive industry experience, and a recognised teaching certificate. The lead tutor delivers the core modules in English, with delivery in Indonesian and/or English depending on class needs.
- Local Co-Tutor (Support Team): Co-tutors support the classroom through Tetun translation support, learner guidance during exercises, and overall classroom management to ensure every participant can follow confidently.
This team-based approach ensures international-standard content is delivered clearly while remaining accessible and practical for Timor-Leste learners.
How many participants are accepted per cohort, and what happens if the class is full?
Each cohort is limited to a maximum of 20 participants to ensure quality learning, close supervision, and effective classroom support.
- If a cohort has already reached 20 participants, new registrations will be placed into the next available cohort.
- The next cohort will start once it meets the minimum quota of 10 participants.
✅ Recommendation: Please register as early as possible to secure a seat in the fastest-starting cohort and begin your program without delay.
