About Us

Fantiber Balance Academy (FBA) is the training and capacity-building arm of Fantiber Balance Unipessoal, Lda.

We help Timorese students, jobseekers, and working professionals build real skills for the workplace.

We provide structured training that combines clear theory with hands-on practice, using case studies and real examples from Timor-Leste and international experience. Training is delivered through classroom, online, or blended learning.

Our learning approach follows good practice and global references such as IFAC principles, CPA Australia and ACCA learning pathways, ISO compliance frameworks, and modern business and digital work standards.
